Be aware there is a problem with the ultimate edition locking up frequently with larger save files. You may run into big problems if you do all the DLCs in one game. Consider making a hard save before starting a DLC and reloading it for the rest. It’s super frustrating, but I love the game and struggled through it, lol.
The gun runners arsenal is also worth it because it adds tons of guns and attachments and in game experience awarded achievements and is low price. They can be done in either order because of this, but DM will retain more mystery if you do it before OWB. So, to summarise, the DLCs, IMO, can/should be played in any of the following orders: HH > DM > OWB > LR (my personal favourite order) HH > OWB > DM > LR. DM > OWB > HH > LR.
Fallout 3 is set up in a different way, Fallout New Vegas has a lot of things that changes in the Wasteland depending on your decisions and Obsidian simply did not have the time to create all those different end game states of the world. Ok so some people don't know how to use dlc console commands if you don't you found the right place when you look up dlc console commands it will have a code like xx00996c.
